ITG (INLINE Technologies Group): management changes

ITG Holding (INLINE Technologies Group), which is 4^th at CNews ratio of the biggest suppliers of IT services in 2008, announces about its management changes.

Since 27^th of April 2010, Oleg Lvovich Shkinyev, who was General Director at INPAS COMPANY, has been appointed VP at ITG holding. Oleg Shkinyev will be in charge of five companies, which are the part of ITG holding and are presented at payment system and acquiring markets. These are the companies: INPAS is a biggest supplier of technological solutions in field of acquiring in Russia and CIS countries; INPAS International develops market of Eastern Europe; PEAK Systems is developer of complex solutions in field of integrated and social projects; PST Company is a multi-vendor outsourcing service company and Alioth is a plastic cards production manufacturer, which has opened recently this year.  

Oleg Shkinyev will focus his efforts on economic effectiveness of companies, launches of new products and services throughout Eastern and Western Europe, development and diversity of business, also management of strategic projects of companies.

Oleg Lvovich Shkinyev was born on November 17, 1967 graduated from Leningrad Engineer Institute, speciality “Radio Engeneer” (satellite systems of data transmission). During 1989 – 1992 years he served in USSR Army. During 1995 – 2000 he was a head of department, therefore a head of transaction equipment department at RRC. In 2000 he was executive/general director at INPAS COMPANY. He has MBA degree in field of strategic management.  

Since the same date, Ilya Vladimirovich Korobov appointed general director at INPAS Company. Ilya Korobov has been commercial director before. At the new position he will exercise operational management and develop current lines of development at INPAS.

Immediate tasks are diversification of product mix and increasing in self-assembling POS-terminal equipment production, promotion of new product line of POS-terminals by VeriFone, migration to the new software UNIPOS and launch it to Russian and CIS market; development of innovative technologies such as contactless technologies, increasing the supply of plastic cards, personalization services and other related services by cooperating with manufacturing production Alioth and Gemalto company.

Ilya Vladimirovich Korobov was born on May 14, 1970, graduated from Moscow State Automobile and road technical University (MADI), speciality “Automobile operation” and graduated from Finance Academy Under the Government of the Russian Federation, speciality “Banking”. During 1997 – 2000 he was sales manager, then key account manager in transaction equipment department at RRC. Since 2000 he was a head of sales department, then sales director and then commercial director at INPAS Company.
